  • At Beechboro Physiotherapy we only offer physiotherapy-led clinical Pilates, all sessions are in line with the 2019 Australian government changes to the Natural Therapies Rebate. This means all your sessions are Physiotherapy Led, with a clear assessment, rehab plan and specific exercises that are related to your individual needs.

For this reason all Pilates sessions at Beechboro Physiotherapy are eligible for health insurance rebates. We bill under HICAPS codes PHY500, PHY505 and PHY600.

  • Both options are available to you.

Our physiotherapists usually start off with a few one-on-one sessions until you are confident in performing your individualised program. We then encourage you to join our fully supervised small group classes with a maximum of three to four participants.

  • Your physiotherapist will thoroughly review your injury history and assess your current fitness levels, taking into consideration any past injuries or limitations you may have experienced. After this comprehensive evaluation, they will create a personalized exercise program designed specifically to meet your individual health goals. This carefully tailored program will include a range of exercises aimed at strengthening your muscles while also ensuring your comfort and safety throughout the process.
