Abi Gardiner

Since completing my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2019, I have worked at Beechboro Physio. I’m passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.

I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients, treating various conditions ranging from acute injuries to chronic pain. I have experience in both private practice and sporting environments, where I’ve developed strong clinical reasoning and a patient-centred approach. My background also includes work with local football clubs, rural placements, and clinical pilates helping to further refine my skills in musculoskeletal assessment, rehabilitation planning, and manual therapy techniques.

My key clinical interests include neck pain, sporting injury rehabilitation, and working within the Clinical Pilates space to support recovery and long-term strength development. I enjoy helping clients regain confidence in their bodies and believe in creating tailored, sustainable treatment plans that align with each person’s goals.

Outside of work, I love baking, reading, running and pilates, and movie nights with friends. Staying active and connected is important to me, and I enjoy bringing that same energy into the way I support my clients.
