Studio Pilates
Have you ever wanted to do Pilates, but are hesitant due to past injury, pain, lack of confidence about how to use the machines, or prefer smaller classes? Well our Studio Pilates classes at Beechboro Physio are for you!
These classes consist of specialised and targeted clinical pilates exercises, specific and targeted to your body and your needs. A maximum of 4 attend this class, which ensures you receive specific and targeted exercises, and cues for your body and your needs. Our Studio Pilates sessions incorporate various pieces of equipment including reformer, trapeze table, Wunda Chair, TRX and mat exercises
All sessions are run by highly experienced clinical pilates physiotherapists. To begin, we complete a 1:1 in-depth clinical assessment to get to know your body, understand your movement history and ensure all exercises are safe and targeted for you.
