Mat Pilates

Keen to learn how to access your core without too much equipment.  Clinical mat pilates may be for you.  With a maximum of 8 clients in each class, all sessions are run by a physiotherapist.  

These classes offer a comprehensive workout that improves flexibility, builds core strength, and enhances overall body awareness. Mat Classes utilise classic pilates exercises adapted to the mat, creating a challenging yet accessible environment for participants of all fitness levels. Each class incorporates a blend of mat-based exercises, mindful breathing techniques, and progressive variations to engage and strengthen the entire body.

We focus on building glute strength, core control, improving flexibility and learning how to move your body without fear or pain.
